Since 28 August 2005, Aalborg Industries has been owned by the Nordic investment fund "Altor 2003 Fund" while the Danish Employees' Capital Pension Fund "LD" and some senior management own minor percentages.
The shareholder is Aalborg Industries Holding A/S, Aalborg, Denmark.
By the end of July 2008, the Aalborg Industries' Group had 2,793 employees world-wide of whom 618 were employed at the headquarters in Denmark.
In 2007, the Aalborg Industries Group's value of the year's production amounted to DKK 2,801 million (approx. EUR 376 million or USD 483 million).
